Virginia Hollinger Memorial Tennis Club is a Private club for the whole family. Set back in a scenic suburb of Dayton, OH (Oakwood), the club is quiet and beautiful. Our seven clay courts have been regarded as some of the best in Ohio Valley for many years.

The courts were built in the 1940's and the club renamed to honor Virginia Hollinger, a local tennis star, after her untimely death. The club is full of history and rich with tradition.

Part of that tradition is the dedication to junior tennis development. The Junior Development programs run all summer long in two 5 week sessions. The focus in all of our classes is good technique, lots of fun, and life-long skills (in and out of tennis).

Current Court Conditions

Courts Open

Courts open at 8:00 am and close at dusk.  Play begins at 8:00 am -- provided the courts are fit for use.  There is court maintenance that needs to be performed at the end of each day.  Please be considerate and vacate the courts while there is still sufficient daylight.
